All Emily’s Nail products are personally supervised and designed by founder Emily, and handcrafted by professional nail artists to ensure salon-quality perfection in every set.

Which nail shapes can I choose from?

Our products come in six main nail shapes: Almond, Coffin, Oval, Round, Square, and Stiletto. Some designs are available in two shapes. You can use the filter on the left side of the product page to select your preferred nail shape.

How can I choose my favorite style?

Our website offers over 600 different press-on nail designs with various styles and finishes, each marked with simple tags. You can use the filters on the left side of the product list to quickly find the products that suit your preferences.

Do you offer customization services?

At the moment, we do not provide individual customization services. However, it’s something we’re planning for the future—stay tuned!

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes! All of our products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. That means no animal testing, no animal-derived ingredients, and we partner only with suppliers who follow the same ethical standards.

How to Accurately Measure Your Nail Size?

  1. Place the measuring tape firmly against the widest part of your nail, ensuring it lies flat without any gaps.
  2. Carefully note the distance between the left and right edges at this widest point.
  3. Compare your measurement with our press-on nail size chart to find the best fit.
  4. The size chart lists measurements for the widest points of the thumb, index finger, middle finger, ring finger, and pinky for each size, helping you select nails that fit perfectly.

Can Our Press-On Nails Be Reused?

Of course! Emily’s Nail press-on nails aren’t just for one-time use. With proper application and gentle removal, they can be reused multiple times—keeping beauty at your fingertips.

Orders

When will I receive my order?

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 2 business days of placing the order.

How can I cancel my order?

If you would like to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 2 business days, and we will check the status of your order.

How does order merging work?

If a customer places additional orders after their initial purchase, we can merge the orders to avoid separate shipments, making the process more convenient. This only applies when multiple orders are being sent to the same customer and address.

How do holidays or promotional events affect my order’s shipping time?

Due to higher order volumes during holiday periods, some items may experience delays. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 5 business days of placing your order, please feel free to contact us. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding during this busy time!

Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we provide worldwide shipping. In rare cases where delivery to certain locations is not possible, we will contact you via email.

How can I track my order?

Your order will be shipped within 2 business days. To track your order, please click here and use our “Track My Order” feature. If your order is delayed in transit or cannot be tracked successfully, please contact our customer service team and provide your order number.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We ship worldwide via Korea Post. Once the order reaches the destination country, it is delivered to you by local couriers such as USPS, DHL, etc. Estimated delivery times for standard shipping are:

  • South Korea: 1–2 business days
  • United States: 4–6 business days
  • Asia, Oceania, Europe, North America: 7-14 business days
  • South America & Africa: 14–28 business days

We strive to deliver your order on time, but we are not responsible for delays caused by the following:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • Customs processing (for international orders)
  • Natural disasters
  • Holidays or seasonal high demand
  • Public health disruptions (e.g., COVID-19)
  • War or acts of terrorism
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

How much does the shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on orders over $89.99. Standard shipping rates are as follows:

  • South Korea: $5
  • Asia, Europe, Oceania: $8
  • North America: $12
  • South America, Africa: $18

Do international orders require customs duties or VAT?

Customs duties and fees are not included in your total price. Your country may charge these fees upon order arrival. Based on our knowledge, some countries do not charge customs duties for international parcels but may apply a certain percentage of VAT. We have no control over these charges and are not responsible for reimbursement.

Returns & Refunds

Where do I submit my return request?

That can be done directly in our Return Portal. To access our portal please click here. If you have any issues please contact our support team for assistance! 

How to Use Our Return Portal?

  1. Review our Return Policy first — a link is available when you log in to the portal.
  2. Log in to the return portal using your order number and email address.
  3. Once logged in, you can check if your order is within the 14-day return period. (If it is not, please contact our Customer Service Team)
  4. If your order is within the 14-day period, you can proceed with the return process directly through the portal.

I’ve Returned My Order – How Do I Get a Refund?

  • If your return has arrived at our warehouse and meets our return conditions, your refund will be processed automatically.
  • If you’d like to check the status of your refund, please contact our Support Team, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

How Much Does It Cost to Return My Order?

Our returns are free of charge. However, you will need to cover the shipping cost for sending the item back to us. Please take this into consideration.

What currency are your prices listed in?

Prices on our website are listed in US dollars (USD). The site may automatically convert prices to your local currency based on your location. If it does not, you can manually select your preferred currency from the website menu.

Do you save my bank details?

Absolutely not. We never have access to this information. It is the company Stripe that deals with it. Your data is completely safe.
